Bathroom Installations
I take bathrooms out and put them back from scratch. The old suite comes out, new pipework and cables go in, the walls and floor are tiled, then the suite, screen and lighting are fitted.
That runs from a small cloakroom through to a main bathroom, including period houses where the walls and floors need more care.
What’s included
- Taking out the old suite, tiles and flooring
- New pipework and cables, first fixed before the walls close up
- Walls and floors tiled
- Bath, shower, basin and WC fitted
- Lighting, an extractor fan and a heated towel rail
- Making good and clearing up at the end
What a bathroom refit involves
A bathroom has to come out before it goes back. Once the old suite and tiles are off, you can see what the pipework and wiring are really like, and that is the point to put anything hidden right.
The photographs follow one job from the old green tiled bathroom, through the stage where the pipework and cable are fixed to bare brick, to the finished room.
